(hereinafter referred to as "we") will provide you with head and body tracking function (hereinafter referred to as "this function") in the Insta360 Link series in accordance with this statement. This function is necessary for providing you with AI Tracking Service(Auto Tracking)/AI Zoom/Gesture Control service, ensuring an intelligent, convenient and perfect online meeting experience. Before you use this function, please fully read and understand this statement. The key points have been highlighted in bold to remind you to read carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this statement, we will not be able to provide you with services related to head and body tracking technology. If you choose to agree or enable this function at your discretion, you are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to accept the entire content of this statement.

We value the security of your personal information and privacy protection and understand the importance of personal information and user privacy. Therefore, we will be in compliance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations and "Insta360 Link Privacy Policy", and take the necessary security protection measures to protect your personal information and user privacy.

I. Introduction to Face and Voiceprint Recognition Functions

(1) In order to distinguish between different participants who attend the meeting and speak through the same conference room, in order to realize the Auto Tracking function. To this end, you shall agree with our collection and analysis of your head and body features information, so that you can use the "AI Tracking"/ "AI Zoom"/"Gesture Control" service in the online meeting scenario.

(2) If you refuse to provide head and body features information, you cannot use the "AI Tracking"/ "AI Zoom"/"Gesture Control" service, which, however, does not affect your use of other functions or services of Insta360 Link series.

(3) To achieve this function, we need to collect head and body images. We may select some of your head and body images in the current online meeting to recognize your head and body features. You shall agree that we may collect your head and body images and extract your head and body features (recognizable voiceprint features based on the processed head and body and other features, hereinafter referred to as "head and body features") as a basis for head and body recognition comparison.

(4) Since the tracking of head and body features can be easily affected by non-specific factors such as ambient light, and the technical level and authentication methods are also constantly being upgraded as well, please be aware that we cannot fully guarantee the accuracy of tracking due to the technical limitations of the industry. If you find that our tracking of the head and body is inaccurate, you can contact us through our customer service (service@insta360.com) so that we can improve the head and body tracking technology and enhance the intelligent service level of Insta360Link.

II. Storage and deletion of head and body and voiceprint information

1 . Please be assured that the video and voice content or information you form in the online meeting will only be used for the interactive purpose of the meeting. We will not store any video content or images generated by you during your use of our products and services for communication, nor will we retain any of your head and body images or any head and body features information .

2 . When you enable this function, we will follow the purpose of this statement and update your head and body and voiceprint information in real time during the online meeting in order to improve the accuracy and clarity of this function and continuously optimize your user experience. Please be assured that we respect and are committed to protecting the security of your personal information. In the whole process, we will not store any of your head and body feature information.

III. Supplementary Provisions

In order to further improve User Experience, we will optimize this function according to business needs. This statement may also be updated from time to time. We will notify you of the updated content through appropriate means, and the updated content will take effect from the date of publication. If you do not agree with the updated content, you have the right to stop using the relevant services.
