Insta360 is excited to announce Insta360+, a cloud-based subscription service designed to transform the 360° camera workflow, helping users save, relive, and share their cherished memories.

The service includes cloud storage, automatic file backup, easy sharing of 360° footage, plus cloud editing and export. With various storage and benefit options, there’s a plan for everyone, starting at just US$1.99 per month or US$19.99 per year.

Insta360+ is initially available for use with Insta360 X4 and X3 footage only, but work is underway to make it available for more cameras, including Insta360 Ace Series, GO Series, ONE X2, and more. The service will be available worldwide (excluding the U.S. and Mainland China) from October 29th 2024.

Insta360+ cloud storage eliminates the risk of losing precious files and memories due to misplaced or damaged SD cards, with three storage options available: 200GB, 1TB or 2TB.

A key element of the new Insta360+ experience is automatic backup. Simply plug in the camera to charge anywhere with Wi-Fi, and it automatically syncs files to the cloud. There is also the option to auto-delete files after they're backed up, leaving creators a nice, empty SD card to use the next time they head out.

For instant sharing of 360° footage, Insta360+ provides an incredibly useful custom link generator. Send the link to friends, family or followers and they can watch your clips in full 360° without downloading any app, and immerse themselves in your adventures by panning around the whole 360° view. This is a true game-changer for anyone who wants to easily share their footage without having to edit it first.

Editing and exporting files on the cloud means creators can get started whenever and wherever they like. At home or on the go, on a phone or laptop. There’s no need to download files or take up space and processing power on devices. Exporting can also be done with the Insta360 app minimized–leaving users free to carry on with other tasks on their device.
