Method 1: Update via ONE camera:
Preparation:
Micro SD card x 1

Computer x 1
- 1. Please click here download the ONE camera firmware.
- 2. Insert the MicroSD card in your ONE, connect to the computer via USB cable and then turn on your ONE (now the computer can directly access files in the MicroSD card). If your ONE cannot be identified by the computer, please switch your ONE to be iOS mode and retry.
- 3.Copy the Insta360FW.bin onto the SD card directly instead of other folders in your card. Notice: please make sure you have deleted the old firmware bin file and kept the file name of the newly downloaded firmware unchanged; otherwise the system might not be able to identify the latest firmware automatically.
- 4. Eject your ONE from your computer, then long press the power button to turn off the camera and then turn on it again; the indicator should remain blue. It takes about 30-40s to update, the indicator will turn green after updating successfully.
- 5.Connect your ONE to your phone, open the ONE App -> tap Settings -> make you’re your ONE is in Android mode -> tap “About Insta360” to check the firmware version.
- 6.If problems occurred in the process of firmware updating, you can format the SD card first, and then try again.
