Q1. What do different indicator light colors mean?

Q2. What does flashing red mean when ONE X is charged?

The flashing red means no battery or no recognized battery. If there is a battery inside of your ONE X, please unplug the battery and check to make sure there if there is something in the connector blocking your battery, then insert it back into the slot correctly and tightly. If this does not work, please contact us for further support.

Q3. What do I do if the indicator stays solid green or blue, while pressing buttons makes no difference?

The camera may have crashed. Please long press the power button for 15-20s or pull out the battery to force restart. If it happens repeatedly, please contact us for further support.

Q4. Why can’t I power on my ONE X by long pressing the power button with my battery inside of it?

It could possibly be caused by a lack of power, damaged buttons or camera. Please charge the battery before doing troubleshooting, then refer to the following steps:
1.Take out the battery and charge your ONE X by USB cable, then press the power button to check if it can be powered on; if the camera cannot be turned on, please contact us for further support.
2.If the camera can be powered on being charged without the battery inside, please plug the battery into the slot, then check if the battery icon on the OLED screen shows that it is charging; if not, please contact us for further support.
3.If battery is charging, please leave it charging or about 10-20 mins; after that, please check if the charge of the battery has increased; if not, please contact us for further support.

Q5. Why does the indicator keep flashing blue?

The flashing blue indicator means the Micro SD card may have malfunctioned, if so please check if it has been inserted properly, check that the format is exFAT, and if the card is full. If there is no Micro SD card used in ONE X, the blinking blue indicator is normal.
