There will be 3 insp original photos saved in the card, which can be composed in App or Studio(3.4.0 or above).
Yes, please enable RAW in interval shooting mode if you wish to.
The format of RAW photos are dng, which need to be imported into Studio first to get 2:1 dng files, then use a 3rd-party software capable of editing dng to end up with jpg photos.
