Q2. I have used the Charge Case to connect GO to my phone, but my phone does not recognize the camera. What should I do?
1. Please confirm that the camera and charge case are fully charged. The Charge Case should be over 10% battery.
2. Please unplug the Charge Case, wait until the camera is turned off and make sure the pins on the back of GO and the Charge Case are aligned.
3. If it is still unrecognizable, please contact us.
Q3. When using the Charge Case to connect GO to my phone, will the phone charge the Charge Case or camera?
The Charge Case, with or without the camera, cannot be charged by phone.
Q4. How do I use the Charge Case with an Android phone?
Please use the official provided USB cable to connect the Micro-USB port of the Charge Case to your phone.
Q5. Is real-time preview supported when GO is connected to phone?
Live preview is not supported at the moment.
Q6. Do I need to switch modes when connecting the camera to an Android/iPhone?
When connecting devices of different systems, the camera will automatically switch modes. No need to do it manually.
