Please open the Go app and click the yellow shutter button in the middle to connect the camera's Bluetooth. Please refer to the tutorial for specific operations.
Q3. Can I see real-time preview or manage files in APP via Bluetooth connection?
It is supported to control the camera and modify shooting parameters via a Bluetooth connection, but not real-time previewing of images and managing files in the camera.
Q4. When connecting GO to my phone via Bluetooth, why does it ask for my PIN code?
This is typically due to your phone settings. Open the GO app to connect via Bluetooth rather than your phone settings page.
Q5. How far is the Bluetooth connection distance?
It's about 10 meters in open area without electromagnetic interference. This will vary depending on your environment.
Q6. Will Bluetooth turn off when the camera is turned off? Will it consume power?
If the Quickcapture is not set to Close/Off(Bluetooth Wakeup Enabled), Bluetooth Wakeup feature is disabled, in these circumstances Bluetooth is off when the camera is off and battery won’t be used.
If the Quickcapture is set to Close/Off(Bluetooth Wakeup Enabled), Bluetooth Wakeup feature is enabled, therefor when the camera is turned off, Bluetooth will be in standby mode, consuming a small amount of power.
