2.How to use
Helmet/Tail Mount

1）Attach the Extension Rod to the Mounting Buckle

2）Screw the ¼” Camera Mount Adapter to the end of the Extension Rod.

3）Slide the Flat Adhesive Mount firmly in place.

4）Install the camera.

5）Paste the 3M adhesive to the bottom of the Flat Adhesive Mount and stick it to your helmet.
Handlebar Mount

1）Twist open the Double Ball Mount.

2）Fasten the Heavy Duty Claw into it, adjust the direction, and twist close;

3）Mount your camera and install it onto your handlebars.


1）Screw the ¼” Camera Mount Adapter to the Flat Adhesive Mount.

2）Insert into the Chest Strap and mount your camera.
