What is Insta360 Gold?

Gold refers to a digital good provided by Insta360 (not an actual tradeable token). These can be utilized in the Insta360 Gold Store to redeem for products or gifts or exchange for Diamonds and other services on the Insta360 platform. To automatically obtain Gold, complete community tasks across the Insta360 app.

How do I earn Gold?

From daily logins to completing challenges (like posting to social media or participating in our Forums), we reward those who are active in the Insta360 community. For detailed information on this, please refer to Appendix-"Community Task Gold Details". Insta360 reserves the right to make adjustments based on the company's operating strategies.

Use of Gold

Gold can be redeemed for products or gifts in Insta360 Gold Store, exchanged for Diamonds for using our latest premium features like AI Warp in the Shot Lab, as well as other services (coming soon!). Gold can also be used in a variety of activities held by Insta360 from time to time (e.g. lucky draws, contests, etc.).

Note:

  1. In the app, head to Activities > My Gold > Gold Store (in the top right!). From there, you'll be able to exchange Gold for all sorts of stuff!

  2. By redeeming Gold for Diamonds, each account can consume up to the maximum number of Gold redeemable for Diamonds in one day, as specified on the Insta360 Gold page.

  3. Orders using discount codes or vouchers are not considered successful promotion orders for the Insta360 Personal Promotion Alliance commission settlement.

  4. Coupons obtained from Gold activities and Insta360 Gold Store are not allowed to be resold in any form and can only be used by personal accounts, otherwise, Insta360 reserves the right to impose penalties.

Gold Expiration

Gold automatically obtained by completing tasks is valid within 365 days from the acquisition date. Insta360 Gold has a key expiration rule: it expires on the first of the month 365 days from the earning date.

Gold Consumption Priority

When using Gold, Insta360 gives priority to points closer to the expiration date over recently earned Gold.

Code of Conduct for Gold Use

  1. Use Gold legally and compliantly, avoiding any violations of laws, regulations, or policies.

  2. We prohibit transactions with other users or obtaining Gold from third parties.

  3. Avoid general malicious behavior on the Insta360 platform. We're here to grow a welcoming, all-inclusive platform.

  4. Examples of malicious behavior:

    a. Malicious comments and bad language;

    b. Using loopholes to maliciously gain gold (for example, posting the same content and deleting the post to gain daily post gold; posting content unrelated to themes deliberately to gain gold, using multiple accounts to farm, etc. Once discovered, the relevant accounts will be canceled and blacklisted).

    c. Publishing illegal or harmful information (pornography, violence, etc.);

    d. Coupons obtained through any form of Gold reselling activities;

    e. Other behaviors prohibited by laws and regulations.

7. Penalty Rules

1. If you violate Article 6 of the Gold rules, Insta360 reserves the right to impose penalties on non-compliant actions according to specified gold sanction provisions. Serious violations may result in the removal of Gold and account blacklisting.

8. Other Details

 1. Insta360 may unilaterally change and adjust these rules in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and business strategies. The updated content replaces the original agreement content after 7 natural days.

 2. The Agreement was updated on March 7, 2024, and takes effect on March 14, 2024.
