How do I claim the additional Insta360+ Official Store Coupon if I win?
Any gold, silver, and bronze winners who are subscribed to Insta360+ will win an additional $50 coupon to use at the Insta360 Official Store!
Upon notification of your award, we'll ask you to provide the email associated with your Insta360+ account. Coupons will only be issued if the initial subscription date is before the challenge submission deadline of the round you won and your subscription is still active at the time of winning.
What are the content submission rules?
Participants must ensure that their entries are original and do not use uncopyrighted materials or infringe on the rights of third parties. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. If any entry involves false information or infringement, the participant will be disqualified and held responsible.
What happens to my content after I submit it?
Once you submit your work, you grant Insta360 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license. This includes, but is not limited to, copying, editing, modifying, publishing, and displaying your work, as well as recreating, copying, editing, modifying, publishing, and displaying derivative works for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.
What criteria are used to select the winning entries?
Submissions are evaluated based on several key factors: video quality, creativity, the level of effort and dedication involved in the production, and the overall impact or “wow” factor of the work.
Who is responsible for copyright?
The individual or organization that uploads the entry bears all copyright responsibilities for the work. The organizer is not liable for any legal disputes related to copyright, trademarks, portrait rights, reputation rights, or privacy rights. The legal liability rests entirely on the contestant.
What do I need to do if I win?
If you win, you'll need to provide some basic personal information and payment details to claim your prize. If you don't submit this information or complete the necessary procedures within 90 days, you'll automatically forfeit your prize.
What kind of content is prohibited?
The work must not contain any pornographic or violent content, or any material that violates local laws and regulations.
